Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using creditrepair.space (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by creditrepair.space.

2. What we provide

The Service consists of (a) downloadable letter form templates sold individually or as a bundle, and (b) a subscription dispute-tracking dashboard with optional credit-report upload and automated dispute identification at higher tiers. We are a software provider; we do not act as your agent, do not contact credit bureaus or furnishers on your behalf, and do not guarantee any specific credit-score outcome. creditrepair.space is not a credit-repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679a(3)) or a credit-services organization under any state statute. You file your own disputes using the templates and tools we sell.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. The Service is not available outside the United States.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@creditrepair.space if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Pricing, billing, and refunds

Single forms are $1.99 USD each. The forms bundle is a one-time $24.99 USD payment for lifetime access. Subscription tiers (Starter $9.99/mo, Standard $19.99/mo, Premium $29.99/mo) are billed monthly in advance per the plan you choose. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time by any of three methods, all of which are equivalent and sufficient: (a) self-service through the Manage billing button on your dashboard, (b) email to hello@creditrepair.space with subject “Cancel,” or (c) phone at (949) 771-5274 or written notice mailed to the address in §15. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Three-business-day cooling-off period. You may cancel any purchase — single forms, the bundle, or any subscription tier — within three business days of the transaction for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Email hello@creditrepair.space with the subject “Cancel” and the email on your account; we reverse the charge within one business day. This right exists in addition to (not in place of) the refund windows below, and we honor it even though we are not a credit-repair organization subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Longer refund windows.Forms (single and bundle) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the template does not fit your situation — email us and we'll process it. Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of signup if you have not generated any letters in the dashboard; after that window, cancel any time and access continues through the end of the paid period (we do not prorate partial-month refunds).

6. Acceptable use

You will not:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
Submit information about anyone other than yourself without their explicit, documented authorization;
Use the Service to file knowingly false or fraudulent disputes;
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the credit-report files and personal information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g., parse PDFs, extract tradelines, generate dispute letters). We do not sell or share Your Content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. No legal advice

We are not a law firm. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The letters and tools we provide are templates and software, not legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USING IT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify creditrepair.space against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including without limitation submitting fraudulent disputes or content for which you do not have authorization.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service to violate applicable law. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted to this page. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
