Consumer disclosures
What we are, what we're not, and the consumer rights you should know about when handling your own credit disputes — whether you use our forms, our tracking dashboard, both, or neither.
You can do this yourself for free
You do not need to use creditrepair.space. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with each of the three nationwide credit reporting agencies — Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion — at no cost. Each bureau accepts disputes online, by mail, and by phone.
- Experian: experian.com/disputes — P.O. Box 4500, Allen, TX 75013
- Equifax: equifax.com/personal/credit-report-services — P.O. Box 740256, Atlanta, GA 30374
- TransUnion: transunion.com/credit-disputes — P.O. Box 2000, Chester, PA 19016
We do not guarantee credit-score increases
No credit-repair organization can lawfully guarantee a specific improvement in your credit score, the removal of accurate negative information, or any specific outcome from a dispute. Anyone who tells you otherwise is violating the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Your results depend on what is actually in your reports and how the bureaus and furnishers respond.
Your right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), you have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information. Once disputed, the bureau must conduct a reasonable investigation, generally within 30 days, and remove or correct any information that cannot be verified. You also have the right to request the method of verification (FCRA §611(a)(7)) for any item the bureau claims to have verified.
Your right to a free annual credit report
Federal law guarantees you a free copy of your credit report from each of the three nationwide bureaus. Pull yours at annualcreditreport.com — the only federally-authorized source.
Cancellation and refund policy
Three-business-day cooling-off period
You may cancel any purchase — single forms, the bundle, or any subscription tier — within three business days of the transaction for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Email hello@creditrepair.space with the subject “Cancel” and the email on your account; we will reverse the charge within one business day. This right exists in addition to (not in place of) the longer refund windows below, and we honor it even though creditrepair.space is not a credit-repair organization subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, and access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Longer refund windows.Forms (single letters and the bundle) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the template doesn't fit your situation — email us and we'll process it. Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of signup if you have not generated any letters in the dashboard. Outside those windows, cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.
How to cancel — three options, any of which is sufficient
- Self-service (instant): sign in, go to your dashboard, click Manage billing, then Cancel plan. Cancellation is effective immediately for billing purposes; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
- By email: send a message to hello@creditrepair.space with the subject line “Cancel.” Include the email address on your account. We will confirm cancellation within one business day.
- By phone or written notice: call (949) 771-5274 or mail written notice to creditrepair.space, 33 W King Street, Unit 1438, Malvern, PA 19355. We honor the postmark date for written notices.
State-specific consumer notices
Several U.S. states regulate “credit-services organizations” (CSOs) in addition to the federal CROA. We are a software vendor that sells letter templates and a self-service tracking dashboard; we do not represent consumers to credit bureaus or furnishers, do not negotiate with creditors, and do not promise specific credit-score outcomes. Based on those facts we do not believe we are a CSO under any of the state statutes below, and we are not registered as one in any state. If you live in one of these states and have questions, the contact information for your state attorney general is included.
- California — California Credit Services Act of 1984 (Civil Code § 1789.10 et seq.). California residents also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA); see our Privacy Policy. Complaints: California Attorney General.
- New York — General Business Law Article 28-BB, § 458-a et seq. Complaints: New York Attorney General.
- Texas — Finance Code Chapter 393 (Credit Services Organizations). Complaints: Texas Attorney General — Consumer Protection.
- Florida — Florida Credit Service Organizations Act, Florida Statutes § 817.7001 et seq. Complaints: Florida Attorney General.
- Other states — most U.S. states have consumer-protection statutes that may apply to credit-related services. If you live elsewhere, your state attorney general and the FTC are appropriate channels for any complaint.
Service availability. creditrepair.space is offered to U.S. residents only. We do not direct the Service to consumers in any jurisdiction outside the United States.
Your rights against credit-repair organizations
Although we are not one, the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) gives you specific rights when working with companies that perform credit-repair services for a fee. CROs may not collect fees before services are fully performed, may not make untrue or misleading statements, and may not advise you to make untrue statements to a credit bureau. You have the right to cancel a CRO contract within three business days, and you have the right to sue a CRO that violates the Act in federal court for damages, costs, and reasonable attorney's fees. Read the full statute at the FTC link below.

We are a software vendor, not a credit-repair organization
creditrepair.space sells letter templates and a self-service dashboard you use to track your own dispute work. We do not contact credit bureaus or furnishers on your behalf, we do not act as your agent, and we do not perform any service in exchange for improved credit. creditrepair.space is not a credit-repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679a(3)) or a credit-services organization under any state statute. The disputes are your action; we provide the tools.
