Refund Policy

Three-business-day cooling-off period

You may cancel any purchase — single forms, the bundle, or any subscription tier — within three business days of the transaction for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Email hello@creditrepair.space with the subject “Cancel” and the email address on your account; we reverse the charge within one business day. This right exists in addition to (not in place of) the longer refund windows below, and we honor it even though creditrepair.space is not a credit-repair organization subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Forms (single letters and the bundle)

Single forms ($1.99) and the lifetime bundle ($24.99) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchaseif the template doesn't fit your situation. Email us and we'll process it.

Subscriptions (Starter / Standard / Premium)

Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of signupif you have not generated any dispute letters in the dashboard. Outside that window, you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for; we do not prorate partial-month refunds.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@creditrepair.space with the subject “Refund request.”
  2. Include the email address on your account and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt or last four digits of the card charged.
  3. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to cancel a subscription

Three equally valid options:

  1. Self-service: sign in, go to your dashboard, click Manage billing, then Cancel plan.
  2. Email: hello@creditrepair.space with the subject “Cancel.”
  3. Phone or written notice: (949) 771-5274 or mail written notice to creditrepair.space, 33 W King Street, Unit 1438, Malvern, PA 19355. We honor the postmark date for written notices.
